Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey completed November 14, 2023 found that Interim Healthcare Mid Atlantic had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements 42CFR, Part 484, Subparts B &; C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite federal Medicare recertification survey completed September 7, 2023.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey completed September 7, 2023.
